The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess Gets An Anime
As previously revealed at GA Bunko's special program, a TV anime adaptation of The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess is in the works. Along with the anime's cast and crew, a teaser trailer and other materials were also made public. The show is expected to premiere this year.
The anime is being animated by Studio Project No. 9 (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten), under the direction of Tatsuma Minamikawa. The texts are being written by Keiichiro Ochi, and the character designs are being handled by Tomoyuki Shitaya and the soundtrack is being created by Go Shiina. Tomori Kusunoki plays Terakomari Gandesblood, Sayumi Suzushiro plays Villhaze, and Yoko Hikasa plays Karen Helvetius in the main cast.
The anime adaptation of Kotei Kobayashi's light novel series, The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess (Hikikomari Kyketsu Hime no Monmon), has drawings by Riichu. Since January 2020, SB Creative has started dispensing the series. Currently, 9 volumes are available.
