School-Live! Vol 1 Manga English

"School-Live!" (also known as "Gakkou Gurashi!") is a Japanese manga series written by Norimitsu Kaihou and illustrated by Sadoru Chiba. It was serialized in Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine from July 2012 to November 2019 and later compiled into 12 tank?bon volumes. The series is known for its unique blend of genres, combining elements of the slice-of-life and school life genres with those of horror and post-apocalyptic themes.

The story revolves around a group of high school girls who are the survivors of a zombie apocalypse. They barricade themselves within their school and create a semblance of a normal school life to escape the harsh reality of the outside world. The main character, Yuki Takeya, has a vivid imagination that allows her to live in denial of the apocalypse, creating a stark contrast between her perception of the world and the actual horrors around her.
