Basic Rules:

Eligible Teams:

• Only national teams that have qualified for the 2024 Euros are allowed to be chosen.
• Custom teams or modified rosters are not allowed.

Tournament Format:

• Group Stage one (Various Locations):
• The format at locations where the tournament shall be held will be in group stages. A maximum of 4 players in a single group where each player will face each other in a home and away match. The two best aggregates of each group shall be qualified to the next round.

• Those who fail to qualify shall be able to participate in another tournament in another location.
• Group Stage Two (13th of July):
  On Saturday 13th of July, the top players from each location shall then be casted into a second group stage just like the Euro games where again only the two best players from each stage shall be qualified for finals.
• Finals (14th of July):
  The finals shall be consist of home and away matches where players shall face each other in a single bracket tournament which shall result in a winner and a second best player.

Match Settings:

• Half Length: 3 minutes
• Game Speed: Normal
• Injuries: On
• Offsides: On
• Bookings: On
• Handball: Off

Gameplay Rules:

• No pausing the game during active play unless agreed upon by both players.
• Pauses may last no longer than 5 minutes regardless of the status of the originally impacted player.
• Participants are required to ensure both sides are “Ready” prior to lifting the pause.
• Participants that use an unauthorized pause will be considered to be using an exploitable bug and will forfeit that game.
• Participants must use the default game settings for player ratings and formations.
• Custom tactics and formations are allowed but must be set before the match starts.
• If a game ends in a draw, extra time and penalties will determine the winner in knockout stages.

Fair Play:

• All participants must adhere to fair play and sportsmanship.
• Cheating, exploiting game bugs, or any form of unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

Disputes:

• Any disputes or issues must be reported to the tournament organizers immediately.
• The organizers' decisions on disputes are final.

Reporting:

• Winning players must report the score to the Tournament Organizer. Failing to do so might result in a game loss.

Tournament Format:

Regional Qualifiers (Participation Fee: Rs 150): Participants will have the opportunity to join multiple tournaments at different locations across Mauritius to qualify for the Euro Tournament.

• 16 June: Citadelle Mall
• 22 June: Quay 11 (Port Louis)
• 23 June: La City Trianon
• 29 June: Les Arcades Currimjee
• 29 June: Coeur De Ville Goodlands
• 7 July: Mahogany
• 6 July: Soflo
• Other locations awaiting confirmation

Tournaments will follow the format of group stages, with each group consisting of four teams. The top two teams from each group will proceed to the Euro Tournament. These teams will then compete in a second group stage, followed by a knockout bracket to determine the winner of the Euro Tournament.

Final Stage (Coinciding with the Euro 2024 Final):

• 13th July 2024: Second Group Stage
• 14 July 2024: Knockout Euro Tournament

Format of the Group Stage and Knockout:

• Home and Away Match
• Winner decided on the number of points on aggregate

Prizes:

• Cash Pool of Rs 15,000 for the finals
• Additional prizes may be available at regional qualifiers, sponsored by malls or other businesses
