An item is sold out — when will it be back?
Restock timelines vary by product and supplier.
Use the “Notify Me / Back in Stock” option on the product page to get an email as soon as it’s available again.
Do you reserve items or take pre-orders?
We mainly sell items that are already in stock.
Beauty / K-Beauty: no reservations or formal pre-orders at the moment. You can submit an interest request for products you’d like us to source.
Anime / TCG: for some upcoming releases, we may collect interest or pre-orders through our community channels.
Why does the packaging look different from the photos?
Brands sometimes update packaging while keeping the same product or formula.
We may also receive mixed batches (older and newer packaging). Batch codes and packaging variations are normal and expected.
What if I ordered online but the last unit sold in-store?
This is rare, but it can happen.
If it does, we’ll contact you promptly and resolve it within a few working days with the best available option (alternative item or another agreed solution).
Can your team or AI recommend skincare? Do you diagnose skin conditions?
We can help you choose products and routines based on your needs, but we do not provide medical diagnosis.
For severe, persistent, or medical skin conditions, a dermatologist is always recommended.
Are anime / TCG booster packs weighed or resealed?
No. We sell sealed booster packs and sealed booster boxes only.
Packs are not weighed or tampered with.
Do you sell pre-owned or unboxed figures? Can I inspect items?
We do not sell pre-owned figures.
You’re welcome to inspect items in-store. Some products may be on display, and if it’s the last unit, the display item may be sold.
Do you ship internationally?
Adilsons currently serves Mauritius mainly, but we have dealt with Rodrigues and Réunion in the past.
International shipping is considered only for bulk orders via bank transfer (not standard retail checkout).
