🔹 Refund Policy – Valid Cases Only
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged upon receipt (must be reported within 48 hours, with photos).

The item develops a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, provided it was used properly.

You received the wrong item due to an order error.

Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for card payments incur a 5% processing fee, except in cases of product defects or order errors, where no fee will be charged.

Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind returns—only exchanges or store credit apply in such cases.
🔹 Reporting Product Issues

Transit damage / wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery.

Hidden product defect: Report within 30 days, extendable up to 6 months for proven manufacturing faults.

For valid defects within 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Mauritius Consumer Protection Act.
🔹 Exchange Policy – Flexible Within Limits
Exchanges are offered for non-defective items under these conditions:

The item is unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and the request is made within 30 days.

All exchanges require approval via WhatsApp and are handled only at Citadelle Mall.

🔹 Skincare – Patch Test Recommended
We recommend performing a patch test before fully using any new skincare product.
Patch Test Instructions:

Wait 24–48 hours for any reaction.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization number for approved returns. -

🔹 Fair-Use Policy
To maintain service quality:

Customers with more than two returns/exchanges within 90 days may be restricted to store credit only, subject to review.
