On the 29th of July, Adilsons invites you to indulge in insightful sessions of Trading Card Games coaching, accompanied by the highly anticipated Dragon Tournament, dedicated to nurturing new talents in the TCG world. Whether you're a curious learner or eager to put your skills to the test, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

1. Adilsons Dragon Tournament

Irony defines it best. Despite being unfairly stereotyped as a childish game and often dismissed as a mere pastime for youth, the competitive world of Yugioh is predominantly dominated by young adults, with a few exceptional teenagers. It's time to change this perception! Introducing the new Dragon Tournament format, Adilsons aims to promote the talents of young duelists and provide them with the experience they need to compete against the best Mauritian duelists. Prepare yourself, for a new Dragon Duelist is about to rise as "The Chosen One."

Entry fee: Free 

Age limit: 12 years 

Location: Grand Baie La Croisette 

Prize: 1 Structure Egyptian God Structure deck of your choice from 2 available options.

How the tournament works: 

The tournament will follow a Swiss format, where duelists face opponents with similar scores round by round. The number of rounds will depend on the number of participants:

• 4 – 5 players: 3 Rounds
• 6 – 9 players: 4 Rounds
• 10 or more players: 5 Rounds

Matches will be played in a Best of 3 format, where the first player to win 2 duels in a match is declared the winner. The point system for this tournament's Swiss Format is as follows:

• Winning the duel: 3 points
• Losing the duel: 0 points
• Draw: 1 point for each participant

Yu-Gi-Oh! Workshop:

Yu-Gi-Oh! Advanced Format Coaching: The Yu-Gi-Oh! Advanced format stands as the pinnacle of competition within the Yu-Gi-Oh! community. It requires profound skill and substantial resource investment, making it the toughest format to master. However, fear not! Our esteemed coaches and judges, Shafeeq Nabeebaccus and Oomar Hingun, have consistently demonstrated their expertise on the grand stage of Adilsons. Both are Adilsons National Champions and prestigious inductees in the Adilsons Grand Championship series. They will share their extensive knowledge with you, guiding you towards becoming a formidable duelist. Loaner decks will also be available, allowing you to test your skills against coaches or friends, completely free of charge.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Basics to Dueling:

Our coaches will be more than happy to help you remedy this situation.

For those who are eager to enter the game but can't wait to experience the advanced competitive world of Yu-Gi-Oh!, we present Yu-Gi-Oh! Speed Duel. This lightning-fast realm takes dueling to new heights of intensity and excitement. Derived from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, Speed Duel offers a specialized format designed for rapid gameplay. Experience streamlined rules, swift decision-making, and thrilling battles as you engage in simplified yet engaging head-to-head duels.
