Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Gets An Anime Adaptation
Negi Haruba’s Go! Go! Loser Ranger! (Sentai Daishikkaku) is getting a TV anime adaptation. A special trailer is out along with a visual.
The adaptation is being directed by Keiichi Sato. The director remarked that after seeing just one line, he had already decided to accept the offer. Inuyashiki, Asaura, Tiger and Bunny, Black Butler, and other films directed by Sato are well-known.
Go! Go! Loser Ranger started serialization in 2021 in the Weekly Shonen Magazine from Kodansha. The manga creator Negi Hruba, best known for his work on The Quintessential Quintuplets, is responsible for both the plot and the artwork. The manga's English-language publisher, Kodansha US, outlines the story as follows:
Thirteen years ago, the Divine Dragon Rangers came up to battle the Monster Army when they attacked Earth. These outstanding individuals are the last hope for humanity while the war rages on!...or do they?
In reality, the invaders were conquered within a year and were compelled to keep producing a monster every week for the Rangers to stomp on in front of their adoring supporters! One monster, though, has had enough. There must be a change! He'll rebel against the Dragon Rangers' strength and obliterate them all...from the inside!
