Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Shares First Teaser Visual

A countdown to the next significant episode of the series has already begun thanks to Jujutsu Kaisen's official release of the first image from Season 2 of the anime! It wasn't until long after the movie's release that a second season was actually announced to be in the works because the first season of the series led to the release of a first feature film for the franchise rather than the conventional second season as many had been expecting. There hasn't been much information released about the anime's second season, despite a previous announcement of a release date sometime in 2019. However, that will change.

With its first poster highlighting an adaptation of the Gojo's Past arc from Gege Akutami's original manga series, Jujutsu Kaisen finally gave fans a look at the currently in development Season 2 of the anime. It has also officially revealed that there will be additional information for the season coming as part of TOHO's upcoming 10th Anniversary special event on September 25. More Jujutsu Kaisen announcements are coming, and the second season countdown ends on September 25 at 7:55 p.m. (JST).
