Packaging renewal · 26 September 2026
Our newly arrived MISSHA Glow Skin Balm 50 ml has a white box with a pink front panel. The rose gold box in our comparison is the previous packaging. I’m sharing the photographs because the difference is striking. MISSHA’s parent company has also announced a renewal of its Glow Prep line, which includes this balm. Here is the evidence, and the distinction between the box in our hands and the jar design pictured on other sites.
MISSHA announced a packaging renewal
On 30 March 2026, MISSHA’s parent company, Able C&C, announced a renewal of the Glow Prep line’s packaging and specifically named Glow Skin Balm in its 50 ml size. The company’s image shows its pale pink presentation. That is first-party confirmation that a renewal exists; it does not assign a production date to every carton seen in different markets.

The previous and newly arrived boxes at Adilsons Beauty
These are the two presentations we are comparing. The rose gold “Glow” box is the previous packaging. The white box with a pink “Niacinamide + Collagen + Ceramide” panel is a photograph of our newly arrived Adilsons Beauty stock. Both photographs show a shiny rose gold lid. The visible change in this pair is the outer box.

Our stock history establishes which of these two boxes is previous and which arrived newly at Adilsons. The brand’s line announcement corroborates that a packaging renewal occurred. A front photograph is not a batch record or a test of what is inside any individual jar.
Why some jar pictures look different too
A separate visual on YesStyle’s exact 50 ml listing labels a shiny rose gold jar “before” and a softer pink jar “after”. The brand’s US product page now pictures the softer pink jar, while StyleKorean’s listing still pictures a shiny one. Our newly arrived white-box photograph has a shiny lid, so the retailer’s jar diagram should not be used to relabel our photographed jar or date our carton. It illustrates an additional design comparison, not the provenance of our stock.

What about the balm inside?
The notice displayed in YesStyle’s gallery says its illustrated jar design change does not alter formula, texture or scent and says both packages may ship while stock overlaps. That is the retailer listing’s statement about that pictured comparison. We cannot extend it to every regional label or identify the contents of either photographed box from its front.

There is a reason to check the actual label if particular ingredients matter to you: the current Korean official 50 ml listing includes Bifida Ferment Lysate and Pentylene Glycol, whereas the MISSHA US listing publishes a different list with Cyclopentasiloxane and citrus oils. Olive Young US publishes a list closer to the Korean one. These online lists do not tell us which ingredients are printed on our newly arrived box. We should use the ingredient panel on that physical carton for any stock-specific ingredient statement.
If you want us to check your pack, send its front, back, base and order details privately on WhatsApp. If a seal, printing or contents raises a concern, keep it unused while we check. The documented box change does not authenticate every individual jar. We buy from official distributors in South Korea, with products coming directly from South Korea to Mauritius; you can read about our sourcing on our Authenticity & Trust page. WhatsApp is for questions and guidance; orders and payments go through our website.
How should you use it?
MISSHA presents Glow Skin Balm as a moisturising makeup-prep step and says to apply it after skincare and pat gently. Follow sunscreen directions separately. You do not need to add another serum just to use the balm; if your skin is already irritated, keep the routine simple before adding something new. Stop using a product that irritates your skin and seek appropriate advice if symptoms are significant or persist.
If you need help choosing a routine, message us. We also offer a free in-store skincare consultation with your purchase—no appointment needed; walk in during shop opening hours and ask. Check our current hours before visiting. If you already know the balm suits you and are comfortable with the presentation offered, check current availability on our website and order there.
