Will this help with fungal acne (Malassezia folliculitis)? It's not marketed or formulated as FA-safe. It contains fatty ingredients some trackers flag as conditional, though the short rinse-off contact time lowers the practical risk versus a leave-on product with the same ingredients.

Cica (Centella Asiatica)

Antioxidant pollution defense: Pinus Pinaster Bark Extract is a real plant-derived antioxidant present in the formula; during the brief contact window of a cleanse, antioxidants can help neutralize some surface free-radical exposure from the day, though a rinse-off product's contribution here is inherently smaller than a leave-on antioxidant serum.
