• Avoids unsuitable picks where possible (heavy occlusive creams, pore-clogging oils, shade-dependent makeup)

Opened skincare items are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery. If you have allergies or ingredient restrictions, please tell us during checkout or on WhatsApp.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery (with photos)
• Manufacturing defects covered for up to 6 months
