🎁 HOW THE GIFT SYSTEM WORKS (IN-STORE ONLY)
Your gift balance is calculated from your final bill after discounts:

💚 Spend Rs 2,000 → 10% gifts
💛 Spend Rs 3,400 → 20% gifts
❤️ Spend Rs 5,500 → 30% gifts

Examples:
Rs 2,000 → Rs 200 gift
Rs 3,400 → Rs 680 gift
Rs 5,500 → Rs 1,650 gift (you can choose 1–2 items)

🛒 HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFTS IN-STORE

1. Shop normally in-store

2. Discounts apply at checkout

3. Your final bill unlocks your gift tier (10%, 20%, 30%)

4. You then go to the Black Friday Beauty Collection and choose your gifts:

5. You can pick one or several items, as long as their total fits your gift balance

6. If your chosen gifts exceed your balance, you simply pay the difference

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES
• Gift items depend on stock → first come, first served
• Once gift stock finishes, the 52% OFF promo continues until end of November
• Gift balance is linked to each bill (cannot combine multiple receipts)
• Payment required to confirm in-store purchases
• Queue times may be long during peak hours

🚫 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (BLACK FRIDAY ONLY)
• No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on Black Friday purchases
• Defective, wrong, or damaged items are still covered under our standard policy
