Adilsons Beauty has received two regional presentations of Medicube PDRN Pink Peptide Serum 30 ml. The carton with a clear circular closure names APR Co., Ltd. as distributor and carries EU and UK responsible-person details; the one with a dark blue printed closure says “Distributed by APR US INC.” The box and bottle panels differ as well as the closures. Both have reached Mauritius. Neither is established as the earlier or newer version.

What differs on the box and bottle?
The front panels of both cartons name PDRN Pink Peptide Serum, display PDRN (Sodium DNA) 1% and 5 Types Peptide Complex, and give the same 30 ml quantity. The backs tell a more useful story.

| Feature | Clear circular closure (left) | Blue printed strip (right) |
|---|---|---|
| Carton back | Multiple European-language directions and an English ingredient panel | Korean-language details and a different carton layout |
| Bottle back | EU responsible person NEMO GmbH and UK responsible person Bath Potions Ltd | “Distributed by APR US INC,” Irvine, California |
| Shared identification | Medicube PDRN Pink Peptide Serum, 30 ml; the photographed ingredient panels include Sodium DNA and Salmon Egg Extract | |
Who are the four companies on these labels?
APR lists Medicube among its brands and gives the Seoul address printed on the EU/UK-facing serum. On that presentation the bottle says “Distributed by APR Co., Ltd.” The other presentation says “Distributed by APR US INC,” with a California address that also appears in Medicube US's own site terms. These are the two printed distributor identities; the labels do not establish which company physically sent each unit to Mauritius.
| Printed company | Role on our photographed units | Where you can check it |
|---|---|---|
| APR Co., Ltd., Seoul | “Distributed by” on the clear-closure, EU/UK-labelled presentation | APR's Medicube brand page has the matching address. |
| APR US INC, Irvine | “Distributed by” on the blue-strip presentation | Medicube US's site terms have the matching company and address. |
| NEMO GmbH, Germany | “EU RP,” meaning EU Responsible Person, on the clear-closure presentation | NEMO's own company and EU-regulatory page confirms its German address and explains this role. |
| Bath Potions Ltd, London | “UK RP,” meaning UK Responsible Person, on the clear-closure presentation | UK Companies House records the matching London address. |
US FDA labelling guidance recognises “Distributed by” as a way to identify the named marketing company. The EU requires a locally designated Responsible Person for cosmetics placed on its market. Great Britain has its own responsible-person requirement after Brexit, so the Germany and London names fulfil different regulatory roles; they are not labelled as Medicube's EU and UK distributors. Northern Ireland follows different cosmetics arrangements. The UK also allows qualifying labels to show an EU responsible-person address during a transition through 31 December 2027; printing both names on this box does not itself date the packaging or prove a new rule prompted this specific print run.
A package prepared with US or EU/UK details can appear beyond the named region, as our two photographed Adilsons units illustrate. “Distributed by APR US INC” describes the company's printed role; it does not mean Adilsons purchased directly from APR US INC or that this exact bottle first entered the US market. The same limit applies to APR Co., Ltd. and the EU/UK panel.
Can we verify these presentations beyond our own photos?
Yes, with an important distinction between a brand statement and a photograph someone posted on a brand's site. A buyer video in the reviews on Medicube's US serum page shows a bottle back bearing the APR US INC Irvine label seen in our bottle photograph. It is a buyer's video hosted on the official site, rather than Medicube's announcement about blue seals. Medicube's page also presents Salmon DNA and Rose PDRN as separate selectable serum formulas; our two photographed cartons list Salmon-associated ingredients, so the seal difference should not be explained as Salmon versus Rose.

There is another independent buyer photograph on Hwahae's PDRN Pink Peptide Serum review page. A review posted 25 July 2026 shows a bottle whose back reads “Distributed by APR US INC,” alongside Korean-language product information. This confirms the printed APR US presentation appears in a real buyer photograph on a Korean skincare platform. The platform where a photo is posted does not establish where that bottle was intended to be sold, and the photo does not show a carton seal.

For the other presentation, AsianBeautyWholesale specifically lists the 30 ml Salmon serum as “EU/UK Packaging” and records 13 languages on its package. Farmacia Tei photographs a Salmon serum carton whose ingredient side prints the same EU and UK responsible-person names seen on our clear-closure unit. That photograph corroborates the label presentation; the pharmacy notes that the packaging shipped can vary from its reference images. Superdrug UK lists Salmon Egg Extract for the serum under EAN 8800289474989, and Sephora UK also lists the Salmon ingredients.

AsianBeautyWholesale identifies YesStyle as its sister site. The relationship makes their published regional-packaging information worth reading together, although two pages within a related group are not independent manufacturer confirmations. On YesStyle's 15 ml Medicube Collagen Glow Booster Serum page, a shopping note says: “Packaging for this product varies and will be shipped at random. You may receive US, EU, UK or Global packaging.” That is a different Medicube serum. The note demonstrates YesStyle's explicit practice of distinguishing regional package presentations for at least one Medicube product; it is not an exact-SKU statement about our PDRN Pink Peptide Serum or its seals.

YesStyle and StyleKorean each list the 30 ml Salmon serum. Those listings help establish product identity; their front-facing images and the review photographs checked do not clearly identify either flap closure as an officially specified regional seal. We therefore use the printed regional details, not the seal colour, to describe these two units.

Why does the EU/UK panel list more ingredients?

Europe has rules for cosmetic ingredient disclosures and the name and address of a responsible person. An EU amendment on fragrance-allergen labelling names the three additional fragrance substances printed on this EU/UK-facing carton. For covered leave-on cosmetics above the specified thresholds, it calls for those names to appear separately on the ingredient list. Great Britain separately requires a UK-established responsible person for cosmetics made available to consumers there. Together, these rules help explain why packaging prepared for those markets can carry different addresses, languages and ingredient disclosures.
That is an explanation of the labelling context, not a claim that Medicube announced a reformulation or made this exact carton change solely because of the EU amendment. The printed lists share many ingredients, including Sodium DNA, Milt Extract and Salmon Egg Extract, but their wording is not identical. An ingredient list cannot establish the quantities, the contents of a particular bottle or that two production batches are chemically identical.
How can you check the box you received?
There is another detail inside both cartons we photographed. Each inner flap says “Genuine Product” and invites the owner to scan a QR code. The adjacent printing differs, just as the outside panels do. In the photo below, the clear-closure carton is on the left and the blue-strip carton is on the right.

Medicube's own counterfeit-products guide tells customers to scan the authenticity QR printed on the product's inner box and check that it leads to medicubeverify.com. The excerpt below is from Medicube's instructions, rather than our interpretation of what either outer seal means.

To check yours, open your carton, scan its own inner-flap QR with your phone and inspect the destination carefully: the site should be medicubeverify.com. Follow the result shown there. If the site, code or result seems wrong, contact Medicube or Adilsons privately with your order details and product photos. Do not post a legible QR or unique security number online. We have not scanned the two photographed codes for this article, so the photo itself is not a verification result.
What does Medicube's parent company say about counterfeits?
APR, Medicube's parent company, published a 28 May 2025 counterfeit-product notice that specifically includes PDRN Pink Peptide Serum among the products for which it had found imitations. APR warns that copied storefront photographs and convincing logos or cartons can make a counterfeit difficult to spot. It points to faults such as misspellings, inaccurate seller details and a volume label showing “mi” instead of “ml” in examples of suspicious packaging. The photo excerpt below comes from APR's own genuine-versus-counterfeit example. Its left and right cartons are not the two Adilsons units shown earlier in this article.

APR followed up on 26 June 2025, again describing counterfeit Medicube products and advising customers to inspect product wording and seller information and alert the seller and brand when concerned. It includes another genuine-versus-counterfeit serum comparison. As the next image shows, front labels alone can look quite similar; that is why we compare the complete regional label and point you to Medicube's own inner-box QR instructions.

The seller examples in APR's posts describe Korean sales channels; Medicube US publishes its own market-specific retailer guidance. Neither APR post says that a clear seal, a blue printed seal, an EU/UK responsible-person panel or an APR US INC label is inherently counterfeit. Its caution is relevant, but those posts cannot authenticate or condemn our photographed units by resemblance.
What if your own box looks different?
A different flap seal or label is a reason to look at the complete product details, not a verdict about the individual bottle. Compare the exact product name, volume, ingredient panel, market details and the condition of the unit, then use Medicube's own verification instructions for your own inner-flap QR. If you bought yours from Adilsons Beauty and something still concerns you, contact us privately with photos of the carton, bottle and the relevant order details. Please do not publish any unique security or batch information in a public comment. You can also read how we explain our sourcing on our authenticity and trust page.
How should you use it, and what if it does not suit you?
Medicube describes the Salmon-version serum as a cosmetic serum for hydration, glow and the appearance of uneven tone. These are product-positioning claims, not a promise that it will treat a skin condition. See the brand's Salmon and Rose selections separately; both Adilsons boxes pictured here are the Salmon-associated presentation.
Packaging evidence and how your skin responds answer different questions. A genuine cosmetic can still feel too rich for someone, or cause stinging, itching or a rash; a reaction does not establish whether a bottle is genuine. The photographed cartons contain fragrance, and dermatologists note that skincare ingredients, including fragrance, can sometimes trigger skin reactions. We cannot identify the cause of an individual's symptoms from a photograph or assume that every breakout is “purging.”
For normal use, follow the instructions printed on your own carton and bottle. Our clear-closure carton says to apply an appropriate amount gently after washing and pat to absorb; the other bottle describes applying an appropriate amount after toner and lightly patting it in. Those are differences in wording and routine placement, not proof that either unit works better. If your skin is already irritated, focus on a simple routine you tolerate rather than adding several new products at once. A small-area tolerance check can be appropriate for a trusted new cosmetic, but it is not an authenticity test and you should never test a suspect product on your skin.
If you develop burning, an itchy rash or swelling, stop using the serum and gently wash it off if it is still on your skin. Seek medical advice if symptoms are severe, persist or worsen. Trouble breathing or sudden swelling of the lips, mouth, tongue or throat needs urgent medical care. Keep the packaging and contact Adilsons privately on WhatsApp with photos and your order details so we can look into the product concern; please avoid posting the authentication QR publicly. Cosmetic guidance here does not replace an individual medical assessment.
For routine guidance, we offer a free in-store skincare consultation with your purchase at Citadelle Mall: no appointment is needed; walk in during opening hours and ask. Check our Google Business Profile for current hours. An existing routine you tolerate may be enough; you need not add another serum. WhatsApp us for product questions; orders and payments go through the website.
If you already know this serum suits your skin and want to purchase it, check current availability on adilsons.mu. You may encounter either photographed regional presentation at Adilsons Beauty; inspect the distributor and responsible-person lines on the actual carton you receive. For questions about a specific unit, use the brand's inner-box verification instructions and message us privately. We answer questions on WhatsApp; orders and payments are made through the website.
