Best for: anyone who wants a genuinely fragrance-free, minimalist cleanser that covers both body and hair from one bottle, and who is comfortable following it with a separate conditioner and body lotion since it adds no moisture or conditioning of its own.

Key benefits: a real, brand-stated 4% sulfate concentration well below the 10-15% typical of mainstream 2-in-1 washes; a genuinely fragrance-free 11-ingredient formula; dual-purpose convenience for travel or a stripped-down routine.

Keep in mind: it is not sulfate-free and is not Curly-Girl-Method compliant; it adds zero conditioning or moisture, so dry or coarse hair needs a conditioner every wash; and the bottle ships without a pump, which some find awkward.

Hard water interaction: as a sulfate-based cleanser, this formula can contribute to a calcium-stearate film in hard-water regions of Mauritius, leaving skin or hair feeling slightly filmy or tight after rinsing — a follow-up conditioner or lotion helps counteract this (see Section 22D).
