Quick version: Weeks 1-2 — introduce alone, once weekly, monitor for irritation. Weeks 3-4 — increase to twice weekly if stable. Week 5+ — increase to 3-4x weekly only if fully tolerated. If irritation occurs at any point, follow the 72-Hour Barrier Reset (Section 33B) rather than pushing through.

This product must be introduced as the ONLY new product. Wait 14 days before adding anything else.

Retinization note: mild flaking or tingling during the adjustment period is temporary — reducing frequency (not stopping entirely) is usually the correct response unless the reaction is severe.
