Best for: Anyone who wants a non-sticky, hydrating daily toner with a real niacinamide dose and a broader antioxidant profile than a single-ingredient rice toner, and who is not relying on it for actual chemical exfoliation.

Key benefits: Fragrance-free, non-sticky finish suited to Mauritius humidity, layered humectant complex, real (if undisclosed-concentration) niacinamide.

Keep in mind: The Glycolic Acid and "black rice AHA" marketing angle is not backed by a meaningful dose per the ingredient list position — don't buy this expecting real exfoliation; the biphasic format requires shaking every single use, which some people find an extra step they forget.
