Keep in mind: its pH runs meaningfully more alkaline than the skin's natural acid mantle — this is a real, independently-corroborated formulation trait, not a minor quibble, and it's the main reason this isn't a universal recommendation for dry or reactive skin. The marketed botanical extracts are likely trace-level rather than treatment-level.

Assessment: Suitable with caution. This product is fragrance-free and contains no retinoids or exfoliating acids, which are the most common oncology-sensitized-skin red flags.
